Return Policy

The Officials Choice, Inc. gladly accepts returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be given in the same manner as payments. For refunds by check, please allow up to 14 days for the check to be issued. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed.

Merchandise must be returned un-worn and in its original packaging. Altered items, such as custom numbering, sewn flags or hemmed pants, will not be accepted for return.

Please note that there is a $6.00 fee on all exchanges for processing and returned shipping to you for all non-defective merchandise. Please enclose a check made payable to “The Officials Choice, Inc.”, or supply your credit card information on your return/exchange form.

Defective Merchandise

For defective merchandise, please contact us at support@theofficialschoice.com to arrange for product return. No further shipping charges will apply.

We suggest that you insure your return package for the full value of the sale. The Officials Choice, Inc. cannot be held accountable for packages while they are in transit to our warehouse.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

In order to pass along the best possible savings to our customers, the choice of shipping carrier is at the discretion of The Officials Choice, Inc. Shipments can take up to 5 business days to reach their intended destinations.

Priority shipping is available Monday through Thursday and for in-stock items ONLY. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply, and are based upon ship time and location. Priority orders MAY NOT be shipped to a P.O. Box. If you require priority shipping, please send an email with “Priority Shipping” in the subject line, including your order number and date you need your items by to: support@theofficialschoice.com

All shipments are sent via the US Postal Service. An additional fee, determined by package weight and distance, will be added to your order and charged separately from your original invoice. Please allow for additional delivery time.

Shipping and Handling Rates to Canada and Abroad

Shipping and handling rates vary from country to country, and additional fees will be applied to your order and charged separately from your original invoice. Additionally, import fees vary from country to country, and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The Officials Choice, Inc. ships all packages “duties and taxes unpaid,” and we cannot predict what those taxes may be. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser in order for your package(s) to be released. Please contact your local customs office for questions regarding their policies.
